Anne Thibodeau, born about 1721 in the parish of Ste. Famille of Pisiguit in Acadie, daughter of Philippe & Elizabeth Vincent, widow of Charles Pitre.[1] She married 2nd on 7 Aug 1759 at Pleurtuit, Ille-et-Vilaine [France] to Pierre Henry, son of Jean & Marie Hébert. They had three children. They lived at Pleurtuit from 1759-1772. [2]
They were listed on the 1752 La Roque census in Anse-à-Pinet, Isle Saint-Jean (now Prince Edward Island) with 3 children.[3]
According to the list of persons who died crossing to France in 1758 <Anne Tibodeau, widow of Charles Pitre, age 38 had the following children:
Marie Marthe Pitre age 12, died in hospital 24 April 1759
Also with her was Charles Pitre's nephew, Olivier Pitre.
Only Anne and Olivier survived.
After Charles Pitre's death, Anne married Pierre Louis Henry 7 Aug 1759 in Pleurtuit, ancient province of Bretagne (present-day département of Ille-et-Vilaine).[5]

Charles Pitre, ploughman, native of l'Acadie, aged 32 years, he has been one year on the island. Married to Anne Thibadeau, native of l'Acadie, aged 31 years.
They have one son and two daughters:-
Jean Baptiste, aged one year.
Marie Martha, aged 6 years.
Ozitte, aged 4 years.
They have in stock three oxen, five cows, and four pigs.
The land upon which they are settled is situated as in the preceding cases. It was given to them verbally by Monsieur de Bonnaventure. On it they have made a clearing for the sowing of four bushels of wheat in the coming spring.
Marriage between Pierre Henry, son of deceased Jean and widower of Magdeleine Pitre, from the parish of St-Pierre and St-Paul of Cobeqit, diocese of Quebec and resident of Pleurtuit and of Marie Hébert, and Anne Thibeaudau, daughter of Philipe and Elisabeth Vincent, and widow of Charles Pitre, from the parish of Sainte-Famille of Pesiguit, diocese of Quebec, Canada and living in this parish. Special dispensation granted for 4th degree filiation. Witnesses: Jean Henry, Charles Thibeaudau, Simon Henry, Charles Henry.
