Dalton-758 and Townley-22 appear to represent the same person because: Most information is the same except the names. I am sure that Mother Dalton was not the birth name for Dalton-758.

Townley-209 and Towneley-16 appear to represent the same person because: Your Joan was mismatched with a Thomas Sherburne-141 that preceded her by 2 generations. Merging her with my Joanna will set that right.
Towneley-16 and Townley-209 do not represent the same person because: separated by 2 generations
