Turner-17460 and Turner-1645 appear to represent the same person because: I believe Turner-17460 and Turner-1645 to be the same person although the birthdates are different. I find descendants of Robert Harris II and Elizabeth Turner in Granville co. NC in the 1700s. Sons were: Sherwood, Richard and Robert Jr.
