Thankful Twining was born on 11 January 1696/7 in Eastham, the daughter of William and Ruth (Cole) Twining. She married Jonathan Mayo on 09 April 1719 in Eastham. She died there on 28 August 1779.[1]

Jonathan, born 17 March 1728/9; presumably died before 22 October 1768
Thankful, born 4 February 1731/2
Mary, born 13 April 1733; perhaps mar. Thomas Brown.[1]
Ebenezer, born 9 February 1734/5; married Mercy Mayo
Constant [Constance], born 8 April 1737; married Ezra Young
Jerusha, born 25 August 1739; married Nathan Higgins
