It seems evident that Maiden is not a Dutch name, and it has been repeatedly propagated from Ancestry as that, probably as somebody's idea of filling in the field as a variant of "maiden name" simply because it was unknown. Steven Mix, 20 September 2014
October 10, 1627 in Opijnen, Tielerwaard, Gelderland, Netherlands
Note that the son was born in 1595, and the husband was born in 1540, so this 1627 date is likely confusion with the death date. Steven Mix, 20 September 2014
Marriage
Jenneken married Willem Gijsbertsz in Opijnen, Neerijnen, Gelderland, Netherlands [2]

Maiden-3 and Unknown-221645 appear to represent the same person because: married to same man... she was probably _a_ maiden, not named Maiden. If documentation otherwise exists (or for another name), please change to an unmerged match and let me know. Thanks!
Kimball - I protected both to prevent a wrong way merge. Could you review and merge Maiden into Unknown as appropriate? Steven's already past the 1620s profiles that were in merge notice. (I think this proposal was because Sheri completed a default-approved / NNS-approved merge and this is follow-up merging of attached profiles... Thanks Sheri :D )
Unknown-221645 and Maiden-3 appear to represent the same person because: One is the Last name of Maiden suggesting an unknown maiden name other info is the same
