Biography
Margaret Unknown was created as daughter of John Avenell, so far there are no sources for this relationship. See also this G2G
Margaret married Roger Holcombe. Their son Charles is named heir in her inquisition post mortem.[1] Their son William died before his mother. They also had two daughters: Elizabeth (married John Babington) and Joane (married William Perry).[2]
Margaret died 7 April 1499.[1][2]
- IPM: "Writ 16 April, 14 Henry VII ; inquisition the last day of October, 15 Henry VII. She died 7 April last, seized of the under-mentioned land, &c. in fee. Charles Holcombe, aged 26 and more, is son and heir."[1]

See the G2G, apparently there were no sources for the relationship, so if you have some sources that show she really was his daughter please post them here or at his profile or in the G2G including links to the sources.
Without sources, for now we can keep them like we have them now, so with father marked as uncertain and the uncertain family template added to her profile, and a note added to both profiles, not sure what everyone prefers, but in the G2G it was mentioned perhaps the supposed father should be removed because of the lack of evidence..

Charles born 1473 would put Margaret as about 23 at his birth, her date of death of 1599 is more believable than before 1467, which is before her children were born, there is mention of The calendar of Inquistions - as mentioned by Liz on Joane's profile. but nothing has been noted on profile to the contents. Charles was 26 years old when his mother passed away in 1499.
