He married (2) Milly Madison Bet. 1795 - 1814 in Russell Co., Virginia, daughter of James Madison, REV.. She died Abt. 1838 in Russell Co., Virginia.
1815 Russell Co, VA Property Tax Assessment Records describe Robert Vickers property as a farm on the waters of Coper (sic Copper) Creek, 200 acres having one dwelling house, two stories, 20 feet by 16 feet, one barn of wood, two stables, two corn houses, one loom house, and one smokehouse, valued at $600.
