Samuel Walker was born in 1750 in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland, Province of Pennsylvania, son of Robert Walker Jr. (~1719–~1792) and Jean (McClure) Walker (1718–1785).

Samuel (21) married Isabella (Brice) Walker (25) (born about 1746 in Paxtang, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania) in 1772. Their children were:

In 1790, Samuel was living in Fannet, Hamilton, Letterkenney, Montgomery, and Peters, Franklin, Pennsylvania. [1]

Samuel (60) married Margaret Walker (45) (born on 15 Apr 1765 in West Pennsboro Township; daughter of Robert Walker Jr. and Jean (McClure) Walker) in 1811.

Samuel died on 8 Apr 1812 in Peters, Franklin, United States, aged 61.[2]
