Three Sons Benefit Under Webner Will
Three sons of the late Ira D. Webner will benefit under terms of his will, filed today in probate court.
Miriam Webner, daughter by Mr. Webner's estranged wife, is bequeathed $1. She and her mother, the document says, have already received more than $6,000.
It provides for a headstone for Mr. Webner, leaving the residue of the state to three sons, Paul K., Karl E., and A. Wayne. The sons are to act as executors without bond.[6]
