Biography
Oliver was born in 1732.
In 1744, his mother Rachel was appointed the guardian to Oliver, aged about 12 years.[1] In 1748, Oliver, aged 14 years old nominated John Whitcomb of Bolton to be his guardian.[2]
He passed away in 1776.
