Biography

Elizabeth and her twin brother Charles were born August 5th, 1725.[1][2] Elizabeth Whiting, daughter of Chas Whiting and Elizabeth (Bradford) Whiting, was baptized August 8, 1725, at Hartford, Connecticut.[3] Elizabeth Whiting Goodrich passed away in 1798.

She was a descendant of three Mayflower Families - Bradford, Alden and Thomas Rogers - on her mother's side. On her father's side, her ancestry goes back to the Founders of Hartford, Connecticut.

Her marriage to Samuel Goodrich was recorded at both Wethersfield and Hebron, Connecticut. Samuel and Elizabeth Goodrich had a large family. An unknown primary source shows a Marriage Settlement on June 10, 1747 at Wethersfield, Connecticut Colony. Alternatively, marriage date 10 JUN 1741.[4]
