He married Tabitha Mills, born 1676 in Calvert Co., Maryland, in 1698.

Note: According to researchers: Fred & Barbara Naef, in his will (Box 5:5), he names his wife Grace, [a] daughter: Mary Letton, sons William Willett, and Ninian Willett, & his Riley grandchildren. His sons, William and Ninian, were to receive [his] land called "Scotland," containing 100 acres and "Additions to Scotland" containing 73 acres. Edward Willett's inventory (Box 7:58) was taken on 6/22/1772. His estate amounted to £120:4:115. His sons William Willett, and Ninian Willett were given as his "next of kin."

It appears that Willett-55 is the correct father according to that source. I will add Willett-2522 as daughter unless someone has a good reason for me not to.
Not having Ancestry subscription I cannot verify this but as Edward's mother was named Tabitha it is logical he might name one of his daughters Tabitha also. I say go ahead and add her profile as a daughter and use your source - did you see if it might also be Free View at www.familysearch.org ??
