Merged, but I don't know how to clean up all the sources and data.

Woods-3888 and Woods-92 appear to represent the same person because: Duplicates, same dob, same wife etc. Please merge. Thanks

By dob and dod this is Deacon 'James' who married Hopestill Ward. See: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Woods-92 James & Hopestill.

And listed wife Lydia Rice married John Woods b. 1641. http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Woods-1629

Options: Attach wife Lydia and her/their children all to Woods-1629:

Then merge this one with James Woods, married to Hopestill Ward. See: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Woods-92 James & Hopestill.

I think that's the easiest way to fix this.
