Biography
Josephine was born in Lycoming County, PA. She died in 2006 at age 99 in Valley View Nursing Center, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend Charles P. Johnson.
Her father, Fred Oehrli, was born about 1865 in Switzerland. He emigrated to Pennsylvania in 1867, settling in South Williamsport, Lycoming County, PA. He worked as a "puddler" in the iron works industry. Josephine's mother was Sallie Lloyd Pierce, who died 14 Feb 1952.
