Looking for sources that confirm Parents of Rueben Mc Farland ~1759 Oakham Mass.

Question

I have an unsourced family tree that lists Alexander Mc Farland ~1700 Oakham Mass and Jane Harper ~1710 Concord Mass as the parents of Ruben Mc Farland (4Dec1759-?).  But I am having difficulty finding a source that confirms this information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Alexander McFarland's will names:

daughters Rachel Henderson, Sarah Harper, Rebecca Bothwell, Susanna Young, children of my daughter Christian Bell, deceased,  Wife Jean and son Ruben.

Thanks Marion, unfortunately I have already used family search. Through the records available I can confirm birthday and marriage information for Ruben, but was unable to find any information about who his parents are.

Alexander McFarland and Jean Harper. Alexander names Reuben in his will. An image can be found on Ancestry
