Frank John Kerr -Can anyone connect him?

Question

I found this remarkable man who was married to a lady buried in the Holbrook Cemetery.(Global Cemeteries Project)  I have marked him as a notable but as he was born in England to Australian parents, and died in Silver Spring Maryland USA , I have no searchable sources in Australia to say who his parents are.Can anyone help connect him or find where he is buried?
