why do I get a message tat a WT profile cannot be found

I am learning how to use the relationship finder.  The directions say to enter two IDs but sometimes i get a message that one or both of the IDs cannot be found.  What should I do in that circumstance.

The most obvious is that the ID is incorrect. Do you have an example which gives you the error?

If you want to make sure that you have a correct ID, use the new ID copy system. Make sure you only copy the ID itself (Name-number) and not the URL.
