Question about Mary Ann (Ingram) Burke

Question

I have an ancestor named Mary Jane Burke. On her death certificate it lists John P Burk and Mary A Ingram. Can you confirm that this is the same Mary Ann Ingram and John Patrick Burk? She was born in 1871 and died March 24 1924 in Louisville KY. She married Frank C Carricato from Italy.
