Ron, I just noticed your question about style guidelines. In looking at the referenced profile, it may not be perfect, but I think it would be all right as a pattern for what a profile should be.
The goal ia a biography with the information in sources put into sentence form, pretty much in chronological order and the source reference listed inline at the end of the information.
I've been working on Wikitree for six years and don't pretend to be an expert, so don't be discouraged. If you find new sources but need help fitting them in, feel free to ask for help.
Also, the Profile Improvement Project (PIP) Voyager program is great. You choose two of your profiles an get a mentor to walk you through how the style and sources should be done. Then they show you how to clean up a GEDCOM. You can ask specific questions about the profiles that are of interest to you. I just finished the program this month and found it very helpful.
