I would say no. Elizabeth Remshart should be born before 1740; Waldhauer-18 was born in 1730. That means that he cannot be the father. He was at most 10 year old at her birth.

And there is no reliable source that the father of Elizabeth is that Jacob Caspar Waldhauer. There is no birth location and at least no birth document for her as source added to the profile. Even her marriage is unknown, that means no marriage certificate. And that are the both source I would accept as proofable source. There might be some other like wills, debt and pledge records, land records or court records; but you have added none of them as source.

Result: Do not connect them; unless you can add an appropriate traceable source.
