When correcting suggestion on the new system, when I click on fixed why it does not register.

Question

I am working on suggestions report and have noticed that sometimes when I click on Fixed and Save, it does not register on the change form, so I have to put the same information in again. Other times it registers on the change form. Why can it not save on the change form every time? This is a huge waste of time and I am not a speedy typist.

Loretta, I believe Aleš has said that it can take some time—up to five minutes if I remember correctly—for the correction to transfer from the profile edit and be recorded with the suggestion. Just to check that you waited for a bit before looking to see if it was there...

Loretta you are going to have to give some examples...just the IDs of the profiles where things did not save correctly so that the technical team has something specific to look at....
