My connection count is low but i have a maxxed out error code what do i do?

Where do you see the "maxxed out error code"? Could you let us know the exact text of the error message, by copying and pasting it into your comment?

Hi Carolyn. The Connections (My Connections) page stops giving results at 1000 profiles or the 10th degree, whichever comes first. The 'maxed out' message that you'll see at degree 9 is not an error code, it's just telling you that it's given you the names of 1000 people and it's not going to give you any more.  (If it helps, I can tell you that your CC9 score is at least 2326.)

Thank You Ian for clearing that up. I'm not sure I can ever grow my tree out that far, but it's good to know never less.

Marty, it's not really about 'my tree' as these are also connections by marriage. You could keep going with the degrees, with (I imagine) the number of connections growing increasingly higher up to a point where they would start to fall again. I guess it would continue for about 97 degrees when you would reach Faiz Ul Hasan (Khanum) Hamdani (though I could be wrong - other people know much more about this than I do).
