If your cousin is living, you can't enter DNA information for him for privacy reasons. If you manage his profile and he's not already a Wikitree member you can generate an invitation to join by adding his email to his profile. He can then add his DNA information to his own profile. If he's not interested in participating he can then turn management of his profile over to you.
