Searching for a death record for Douglas Geoffrey Macintosh also know as Hardeen jr. Born 1907

It says he died aged 82 on 14 January 1990. Unfortunately it doesn't give a location and wouldn't seem to count as a primary source, but it could be used as a reference for date of death.

Thank you,  before and after his birth and death there is no information.  Houdini Hardeen jr.  Is Theo's son. Douglas was Hardeen's associate. It is said that they are not related.  I thought  maybe a death record or even a birth record would help me find family of Douglas.  There is absolutely nothing about him.
