Information on Joseph Bailey B October 1824 KY died 11/26/1903 Greenup County KY

Question

I am looking for any information on Joseph Bailey Born October 1824 Ky died 11/26/1903 Greenup County Kentucky.  I cannot find any information on his parents.  According to information I have found online, He had a brother named Thomas Jefferson Bailey.  Supposedly their parents were killed and Thomas Jefferson was adopted by the Loper family and raised by them.  

 

The first record I have of Joseph Bailey is the 1850 census where he is living in Greenup County Kentucky with his son Alfred. He was married 3 times.
