Working on the March sourcing challenge, I've come to realise how much work Clare puts into the site to make improvements. The unsourced lists are so well populated because of Clare's efforts to identify and categorise profiles that are in need of sources. Not only that, but I've also noticed Clare tweaking changes to profiles I've edited and improving on my additions. This has informed my own methods, and I am now consciously trying to incorporate the style and wording she has used into the profiles I edit.
