What am I missing in this project box template ?

Although some can see this project box image, many people say they can't see it !

Hello Maggie it's because the image was downloaded on to page with a red privacy when I click on to the image it says it is a  protected image  only those on the trusted list will see it you need to download the image on to a page that has a open privacy for everyone to see the image Terry
