and have updated the profile and changed the birth and marital spelling to Nederland and changed the birthyear estimate to 1814.
based on the marriage record, it appears his father is Willem van Dijk, I thought I found a Willem van Dijk in Brabant (the place where some researchers put his father) who died in 1625 - but lost the record.
