how do I show a person is adopted and does not share DNA with parents?

Question

Ronny Rohe Ross was adopted by Paul Ross and Thelma Winsett.  He did inherit any DNA from either Paul or Thelma.  How do I show this?

If you choose to list the adoptive parents, be sure to mark them as non-biological.
