There seems to be a problem with voting. [closed]

I thought the following thread was a good question. In the list of questions, It had 1vote but when I pressed the vote up, the number did not change and it indicated that I had voted. I removed my vote and it remained 1. I went into the question and voted again, but it didn't record my vote again so I removed my vote. This time it dropped the vote down to 0. I added my vote back and it now says 1 again, but I believe it should say 2.
