Black Heritage Help Needed with Texas Clevelands

Question

I'm in way over my head on this branch of my family. They need to get looped into the Black Heritage Project (I'm not sure of the right way to do that.) I'm not even sure that I'm getting the family connections correctly. (Many of them were born out of wedlock.) And now I've bumped into a possible Notable connection (Bill Kelley & Dinah Rush). Hoping anyone better at categorizing, bio building etc. will jump in. Hopefully, I've got useful sources going already.

If you could add the {{African-American Sticker}} below the biography heading to all profiles of people with US Black heritage, that is what loops the profiles into the USBH Project. The sticker helps us find people and make connections faster. I added the sticker to Selina to get you started.
