this isn't really a question that needs an answer - I just thought maybe some other WikiTreer might be interested in a bit of information I discovered while researching someone else. Anyone working on early ILLINOIS or Lawyers in the West might want to look at this source.
I was looking for record of how Edward Cadwell became a lawyer before he moved to Nowata and then Tulsa Oklahoma in the early 1900s - no luck! But I did find information on CHARLES NICHERSON CADWELL - and others in the earliest classes of University of Chicago's fledgling Law School - which are available online.
