Any proof of the marriage of Thomas Tilson and Polly Reynolds.

The Mayflower Society will not accept the reference of Thomas Tilson and Polly Reynolds marriage in the Tilson Genealogy page 168.  I've hunted through many county histories and can find little on Thomas's life before his marriage to his second wife Eunice Hubble.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Family Search Thomas D. Tison records do not appear to be attached to his wikiTree profile.  Family Search says they were married 3 May 1792 Saint Clair Bottom, Smyth, Virginia, United States and have at least 1 Son, Thomas JR.

I didn't see a marriage record, so I'm not sure just yet how Family Search knows the date!  Maybe some one can enlighten both of us!wink

Very annoying.  The date came from somewhere but where? A date without proof is invalid even if the date is correct.
