Location Category that was previously deleted by Bot?

In creating a category for the Union Monthly Meeting, Westfield, Indiana of the Society of Friends, I found that Westfield, Indiana, the location of the meeting, was not in the category structure. When I went to create it, I got a message:

Warning: You are recreating a page that was previously deleted.,

You should consider whether it is appropriate to continue editing this page. The deletion log for this page is provided here for convenience:

Since the city exists, why would a Bot have deleted the category? I don't want to recreate the category if there was a legitimate reason for a Bot to have deleted it. The CIB for the meeting category cannot be completed properly without the city location.

The county had to be specified since there are two Westfield communities in Indiana.

Thanks, Natalie. I had not noticed the town spanned two counties.

Apparently you need to specify the county as well for Westfield, Indiana.
