Randy - Might I suggest that you order a copy of her Death Certificate - hopefully, the names of her parents will be listed!

On Ancestry.com is the "Texas Death Index", which includes:

MINNIE D SEE, died Feb. 22, 1944 in Jefferson Co., Texas - CERTIFICATE #9159

If you do not live near Jefferson Co., Texas, you can order death certificates on-line, but it costs a little more.

I don't know about Texas, but in Alabama I can go to my County Health Department, pay $15 and within about 30 minutes have a certified copy of the death certificate.

The Texas Death certificates can be viewed online, and  saved  or printed at familysearch, unfortunately both her parents are listed as unknown. 

The marriage record has no parents listed either.  Being born in 1882 and married in 1898 means she missed both the 1880 and 1900 census under a maiden name.
