Additions/corrections can only be made by "Trusted Members" right?

Even then there are some limitations. Right?

Or am I faced with revising a raft of Profiles and locking them (for living OR dead). I'm going to have bad dreams. What if someone gives me four moire siblings?

Whilst people adding inaccurate siblings might make us worry, we should always bear in mind that people can be edited or even detached if they are 'wrong' and that Wikitree is a collaborative site where working together is in the Honour Code that we sign to be able to contribute :)

Do not fear, no one can give your profile more siblings. On your profile (or any other profile) click on the lock in the upper right corner. On the linked page is an explanation of all the privacy levels and what people can and cannot do to them and what other people can and cannot see. The page explains better than I can.

Anyone can make changes, additions/corrections, to profiles that have open privacy levels.

More restrictive privacy levels requires one to be on the trusted list in order to be able to make changes. But being added to the trusted list can only be done by the profile manager.

A few types of changes are limited to only the profile manager.

And profiles can have multiple managers.
