I made a photograph error

Question

When I scanned #1 Alvin photograph I mistakenly attached it to the wrong profile. It seems that my long practice of writing names and dates on the reverse of photographs actually started generations ago. I attached a photo of another family member to the back of another. I would hate for other relatives to mistakenly attach it  to their trees. I have not as yet made the profile for the person it actually is of. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated by this novice.

I've done this, too, so don't feel too badly! Anne gave a great answer below. I took the slightly easier (lazier?!) root by just unattaching the photo from the incorrect profile. I think at the time I read that after a few days it would be deleted completely. Good luck (so glad it's easy to fix mistakes here, hehe!)

First Click on the problem photo. Scroll down to where it says Title with a box and change the title to the correct name. This is so folks won't mistake it for someone else.

You could attach the photo to your profile temporarily until you create the profile for the right person, or create the correct profile and switch the ID.

To change a picture to another profile:

On the image edit page: Find Add person or free-space profile: Type in the new Wikitree-ID (your's is Gaddy-237, Alvin's is Tweedy-132.) Save. Then you can go back to the edit and click on the button REMOVE from image in front of Alvin Tweedy and save. Just make sure you have the photo attached to someone else before you remove it from Alvin.
