Who did Lady Joan Mytton Washburne kill and why?

I understand Lady Joan Mytton Washburne killed a Bourbon prince that was detained in her home at Wichenford Manor in the middle 1400's.  Who did she kill, why and when?

The tradition is mentioned here

with a source.

But from the dates - Henry IV / Glendower - the Lady Washbourne involved wasn't Joan Mitton, it must have been her husband's grandmother, the heiress Margery Poer.

But I love the bit about her sailing 9 times round the moat on a silver boat drawn by 4 swans.  To think, somebody saw that happen.
What a thought...id like to catch a half-dozen geese from the field out back and have them pull me around the lake on an inner-tube.  I wonder how to get them to all swim the same way.  Maybe a swan-whip (kidding) or some swan-treats on a long stick.
That what was throwing me off.  Guess next I will see what prince was killed, when and where.  Thanks for your help
Everybody just says "one of the Bourbon princes", like everybody knows who they were.

And nobody will admit to not knowing, in case it's something that everybody else knows except them.

Must be a snooty thing but I think it was Lady Margaret that did the deed and to a French Nobleman like that helps.  It was also when Owen Glendower was camped at Woodbury Hill.

This should have been a comment and not a question.  I am new to this.  Sorry.
