How do you add multiple parents?

Question

My person was adopted by his biological mother's sister when he was only 1 year old after his father died. So all in the same family line. But I cannot work out how to show both sets of parents. Is it possible to do please?

I can remember now looking a few years ago at those details.

I was wanting to include both sets of parents but it isn't possible to do here.
