Pending merge that shouldn't be a merge

Question

Peck-3152 and Bennett-10728 are husband and wife.  How do I remove them from the Rejected Merges?

click the "remove" link

but if they are on the rejected merge list, then its already saying, "never merge these two" (even though that should be obvious)

What "remove link?  I've looked and looked and can't find one?
