I am a Wiki member, but; i cannot add new profiles. Why?

We can not see who you are to know what the problem might be if  you sign in to wikitree than post your Question some one might be able to help you if you are having problems signing in email WikiTree  Terry

It would still be helpful to have the id or at least a name to trace with.

I totally agree, it's the thing I find most frustrating about the anonymous ID asking questions. Unless they get or see our post they're not getting the help they could get.
