I have them as

Thomas Starnes - Birth abt 1734 in German Flats, Albany, New York, British Colonial America, Death 1818 in Greene, Tennessee, United States

Margaret - Born 1730 Netherlands, Died 1790 Pendleton District, South Carolina

Thomas was the son of Frederick Starnes, Birth abt 1700 in Alzey, Alzey-Worms, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, the immigrant to America, and his wife Mary Baker Goldman. I'll be happy to give you what sources I have, but you'll do as well as anybody else on the Internet...still digging in these areas myself. Obviously there would be some question as to how and when Thomas made his way from German Flats, New York to Kentucky by 1760 thence to Greene County, Tennessee...sounds odd to me, but perhaps there were circumstances.
