Do you have any information on possible wives and children ?
I'm not sure how correct this info is, but this is what I have:

Franklin Levi Campbell 1851-1930 possibly married a Bishop

His son, George Malone Campbell, wasl born in 1888 and died in 1984 in South Carolina. He had a child (my grandfather) with Gertrude Sarah Crowe in 1924. My grandfather did not know him as far as I know.

I have found information about George Malone having a son named James T. Campbell and a brother named Perry Winfield Campbell.

I hope this is enough to get you started. And you might send a note to our most excellent researcher DONNIE BLACKSTONE. He is a Spearman and a Campbell and has family lines throughout South Carolina.
Thank you again! This is awesome!
This is amazing!! I typed his name into google and this popped up! I have all the above information except for the WWI draft registration. Through DNA, and subsequent DNA matches, I found that I too am a Campbell. I only know my paternal family since finding the test and found that my grandfather was adopted. I have been able to narrow it down to Levi franklin Campbell as my common ancestor among a group of DNA matches. I can’t seem to find much on George but it’s great to know I am not the only one looking! I’m going to research more tonight and see if I can find anything to help me get closer to finding my paternal great grandfather. Thanks again!
Also, please let me know if I can help! I have a lot of info but not all of it yet
Wow! That’s so exciting to hear! My info for them is very broken. I think George Malone may have traveled with the carnival. He met Gertrude Crowe and had a child with her. His name was George Henry Campbell. He was my grandpa. He is from Newnan or Porterdale Georgia, but moved to SC.

In about 2006, I found a link from the clan campbell website that had them both listed in some genealogy search. I can’t find that link now for the life of me.

I would love more info! My email is bcspearman@gmail.com

        Please keep me updated! Thanks!
This website is actually amazing! I can send you an invite to their profiles that I’ve made and if you don’t mind, you could fill in the missing info. You could find their profile on here and request to join my trusted list, and I’ll add you.
