If a "connection was changed on Tuesday," does that mean it was not valid before Tuesday?

There is only one featured connection per week. There is no change to the way relationships when a new person is featured. They are still there before and after, but just not as a highlighted connection. Go to the connection finder if you want to test out connections between any two individuals.

Any time a connection is changed, or a new connection is made, it actually takes the wikitree system up to 24 hours for that new connection to be changed - new connections are updated once every day during the daily updates. If the connection is changed then the old connection is lost - permanently.

I sometimes take screen shots of the connections (from the connection finder)  before the connection is updated and then again after the connection is updated.

Profiles of the week for Notables are changed on Mondays but the connections to all the profiles dont get updated until after the next system update and that usually happens on Tuesdays - Eastern time anyway.
