How to Link to a Notable With New GPDR Changes

I am mentioning Bill Clinton in a biography of a profile I'm working on.  Normally, I would make that a link to his WikiTree profile, however I assume that his profile is now unlisted (that is, assuming that he does have a profile here).

I looked at the William Clinton profiles here, but can't tell which one would be his, so I guess I can't put in that link.  Oh, well ... guess I'll just link to his Wikipedia profile instead - that is fully visible to the world.

He's still identifiable in the Relationship Finder Quick Links. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Blythe-6

THANX Ellen!  Now it's a question of whether I'd rather link to Blythe-6, which displays only:

     Living Blythe

This anonymous profile represents a living person with
the surname Blythe born in the 1940s.

in the hope that someday it will display Bill Clinton's profile or is it better to link to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Clinton, which displays an extensive profile of him right now.

Edited to add:
Come to think of it, I'm now horrified about the many links I have placed in profiles in the past to profiles of potentially still living people, realizing that they'll link to that unlisted message instead of the person's profile!

One of the many reasons it stinks we gave up the internet. :(
Linking to Blythe-6 is nearly useless, but I figure it's useful to have a note available so the link can be restored when we stop being so totally paranoid about GDPR.
There is another way to find the ID: go to Bill Clinton's Wikipedia page, click "Wikidata item" and search for the "WikiTree person ID"  Wikidata property. It is listed there, Blythe-6.

This won't work for recently added profiles of living notables though, unless the profile manager took care to enter the WikiTree ID in Wikidata himself/herself (but then is it even advisable to enter it while the person is still alive?).
