Automatic capitalization of names

In the 17th and 18th Century the letter "F" (capital f) was written as "ff". Thus, the surname "Firmin" was written "ffirmin".

When I attempt to accurately write this surname in a Wki Tree profile, the program automatically capitalizes the first letter.

How can I bypass this automatic capitalization?

You need to shift the capital off on the keyboard. If the auto correct is on turn it off or when the pop up shows the unwanted correction there usually a "x" in the corner  click on the "x" to over ride the correction.

This is not happening in my computer, nor in my keyboard. This happens after i successfully type "ffirmin" in the box. When I save the change, the Wiki Tree program automatically capitalizes the name.
