Family Star award to Herman du Plooy-643

Question

I have send a request to Award Herman a Family star for providing me 10 childrens Birth Registerds at once on Frans Lotriet-32 children, still one cert short . If it was not for him I would not have these. This was a job Well Done and he must get Recognition for this.

I have accepted him as my mentor.

But my message came back as it seems that this profile is not active or something is searously wrong as I do not here from him either.

Please investigate.

When giving badges to names such as Herman's, you need to include an underscore. 

 As it pops when you start, it probably shows as Du Plooy-643, yes?  But what you need for the badge to go correctly is Du_Plooy-643.  :)
