I wanted to share this family photo of Horace Graham with the community. Location: aircraft carrier at sea. Date: 1944.

Rob, you are sharing a wonderful piece of history with us. And I am amazed how clear the picture is.

I love the way they placed themselves in front of the plane. 28 men that served together in 1944. None of them look very old, except for a couple in the front row. Dix, Rum, Brownie, The Fox, Skipper and Buckey are very interesting nicknames.

I would love to be at their reunion and listen to them talk about how they got those names.

This is a great picture, and I thank you for sharing it with your WikiTree family.

Really cool that so many of the names were written in the back. So often and sadly, that’s not the case.
