How can two different profiles have the same reference number, ie Clonch-23?

Best answer
The two profiles, Clonch-23 and Claunch-23 are definitely the same person, but the LastNameAtBirth is spelled differently, so they have different profile numbers.

Ahh. Thanks, Vic. Right, they are not both Clonch-23.
I saw my problem at the same time. Thanks for responding. My problem was his mother. I think his father was Jeremiah but there are several Jeremiahs around and I am not convinced Prudence Jackson who married Jeremiah was the correct one. Thanks again
