I am trying to find my GGrandfathers family, Clyde Neal. His wife Ida Rachel Goss left him when there daughter was very young under three. Her name was Vera Virginia Neal, changed to Cool then she married Ernest Norton. She died at the age of 22. My mother Francis Virginia under three, and her sister La Vern was less than a year old at the time of Vera's death. I have read letter dated 1933, that where wrote to his X -wife Ida or Rachel and Ernest Norton says, that he hasn't heard from Neal since 1932 late spring. Neal had kept in touch with his daughter after her death, Neal and his son-in-law Ernest wrote talking about his granddaughters then all the sudden ....... nothing forever. We don't know anything other than we have a picture of him and have heard tell that Vera was born in Dixon county Wyoming. When my mother received the picture and letters from Ida over thirthy .... the name was spelled Neil..... someone in the Goss family knew who he was but maybe not the correct spelling we don't don't know . Ida was born in 1887 Fruita Colo. Vera was born in 1907 Dixion Wyoming. I would almost say this Neal or Neil might have lived in the Grand Junction or Fruita Colo. But i would be guessing. Thanks
